The New York based developer Madison Realty Capital recently has been focused on the Bronx to repurpose existing and abandoned commercial warehouse spaces for creative office tenants. We developed the brand and full digital marketing and leasing platform Union Crossing to elevate the new dynamic office platform that takes inspiration from the old factory’s history as a critical supply depot for local culinary industry of yesteryear.
